  Mike Aguilar has been with us for quite some time and is an intricate part of our success here in Valparaiso.  Sara Mitchell keeps our dining room running smoothly, and you will also find Ken, Jr. hard at work many nights usually  wearing his tell-tale white Chef's coat.
